Refund Policy

Customers will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs. We will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving your item.

As a small, growing business in its early stages, we are handling exchanges on a case by case basis. We will accommodate any exchange requests that we are able to. To get the exchange process started, please reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know your situation. If we have the item you want in stock, we will move forward with the exchange as soon as we receive your return.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the item. PR Apparel will cover shipping costs for the ‘new’ item.
